Working with regional industry, business and government,  the Center will help you meet your custom training needs.  Together we identify the time, site, outcomes and costs that meet your training needs.  We will help you find the right solution to meet your training goals.

Community and Continuing Education

The center provides a multittude of training opportutnies through our Community Connections program. If you are looking for a skill or specific class we probably have the solution. Visit our online catalog at http://flinthills.augusoft.net or checkout or catalog under Schedules

 Workforce Development Programs

As industry and business locate, relocate, or downsize,  the Center works closely with the Kansas Works program and the KS Department of Commerce to rapidly develop training programs for pre-employment or current employer needs. For example the Center provides work-keys assessment (pre/post) as well as a 120 contact hour program to help develop basic manufacturing skills for future or current manufacturing  employees.

Entrepreneur Development Center (coming in 2009)

Now under development FHTC, parterning with Emporia Main Street Association and the ESU Small Busines Development Center, will soon provide a clearing house of resources and training for potential and regional entrepreneurs.
