The Course Assessments have been moved to a new, secured website!  Please locate your FHTC username and password then click on the link below to fill out all of your current course assessments. 

You will get a message saying  "The page you are looking for could not be found or you do not have permission to see it.  You might be able to find what you are looking for on our home page or by selecting one of the tabs at the top of the page."

Simply log in at the top-right of the screen to continue to your course assessment.
