Students will learn the importance of their professional image and business etiquette, how to handle stressful work situations, develop a budget, develop positive customer service skills, and develop communication and telephone skills. Students will learn how to get and keep a job, and will learn the importance of being a participative member of their community. (Prerequisites: BUS 123, and BUS 125.)
