The student will identify and discuss various physical properties of concrete, its proper use, placement, and finishing techniques as well as optional finishes, admixtures, and applications. Students will set up and use a laser and manual transit to evaluate a piece of property for proper drainage, usage and orientation of a building to be built on site.
