2-year Associate of Applied Science Degree
The Associate of Applied Science degree, with a major in Construction Technology, is a four-semester program that contains technical, advanced technical, and general education courses. The associate degree courses of study emphasize the skills needed for employment in the commercial construction industry.

1-year Technical Certificate
The Construction Technology certificate program, which contains technical education courses, is two semesters in length. A program advisory committee, composed of construction representatives, annually updates industry expectations. Through the actual construction of a house in the community, students acquire the knowledge and skills needed for immediate employment. For graduates opting to continue their education, the certificate courses satisfy the first year of the Construction Technology AAS degree program.
