HCA 111 - Introduction to Hospitality and Nutrition

Students will compare/contrast career opportunities in various segments of the hospitality industry including: tourism hotels, restaurants, managed services, recreation, gaming and conventions. Students will identify and demonstrate techniques for healthy cooking.
