Students will install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot the Microsoft Windows client/workstation operating system.  They will examine and perform common tasks utilized in the management and troubleshooting of the NTFS file system, network printers, and common LAN protocols.  Students will also analyze and demonstrate the proper use of file permissions in securing the NTFS file system.   Upon completion of the course students will be prepared to take the Microsoft Windows client certification exam and to become a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
