Students will install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot the Novell NetWare server operating system and its associated client software.   They will examine and perform common tasks used by network administrators to manage the NetWare File System, user and group accounts, network printers (NDPS), the email service GroupWise, and the desktop management system Zenworks.  Students will also analyze and demonstrate basic preventive maintenance and security practices in a NetWare environment.  Upon completion of the course students will be prepared to take the Certified Novell Administrator (CNA) certification exam.
