Students will learn successful writing techniques and evaluation tools for effective communication in the workplace.  Students will learn both effective communication principles and the use of current technology to succeed in a high-tech, global work environment in written and oral communication and presentations.  Prerequisites: BAT 124 Business English, BAT 101 Keyboarding.
