Students will install, configure, and troubleshoot the Linux operating system.  They will examine and perform fundamental user and file system management tasks utilized by network administrators on Linux servers. Prerequisites: Successfully completed “Test Out” of BUS 118 or completed BUS 118 with a grade of “D” or better; Grade of “D” or better in NET 115, NET 116, & NET 117; Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher; Instructor Approval. NET 272, is a prerequisite for Network Technology courses NET 273 and NET 274.
