Students will learn about the history of the energy industry, infrastructure, distribution, regulatory and security concerns, conventional, emerging, and alternative sources of power, as well as “smart grid” development, and gas distribution. This is a nationally certified course. Upon successful completion of a national exam, students will be issued a nationally approved certification.
