A Benefit for the Next Generation

The Flint Hills Technical College Foundation Benefit Gala and Auction is an opportunity for all of us to do our part to make sure students have the necessary resources to forge a successful career. It’s also an opportunity to celebrate alumni that have achieved success as well as celebrate the strong business and industry partnerships that make FHTC and Emporia great.

Please note: The 18th annual Benefit Gala Auction has been moved to an online and live radio auction event. The gala has been changed to this remote format due to COVID-19 in consideration to our community, volunteers and staff.

Live and silent auction items will still be available with live items being auctioned off in real-time. Callers will be able to phone or text in their bids during the auction that will be broadcast on KVOE, FHTC Foundation’s Facebook page and ValuNet channel 3 beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2020. Silent auction items will be available for bidding using a computer or mobile device beginning July 27 on No tickets are necessary, those wishing to participate will need to register and add a credit card on the Givesmart auction website in order to bid on items.

Host your own night of inspiration auction watch party with a Wrangler Watch Party Pack! Packages start at $100 and include a full meal for four prepared by the FHTC Hospitality/Culinary Arts program and an option for adult beverages sponsored by The Liquor Store. Choose from the Wrangler BBQ Bundle or the Wrangler Pasta Pack. See the complete menu and place your order at by Friday, July 24, 2020 at 5 p.m. Pick up will begin at 4:30 p.m. on July 31 at FHTC’s main campus in the west parking lot.
