HCA107 Sustainability & Environment Issues

1 Credit Hours

Students will understand sustainable choices in food production and the impact it has on “green commitment” in our society. They will research and evaluate their own personal opinions on how to make their own impact and contribution and better sustainable choices. This class is research based to help the student assess their personal opinion and create their own practical solutions to current findings. Students will also assess what other foodservice professionals are doing and the effectiveness of their contributions.
