The partition walls between the three meeting rooms may only be opened or closed by authorized staff of FHTC.
Food and drinks are permitted. Please NO red or purple drinks. Please report spills on carpet to FHTC Custodial staff immediately (many stains can be removed if we can get them before they are “set” into the carpet). Any expenses for extraordinary cleaning or repair of damages will be the responsibility of the reserving department/organization.
Signs, Banners and Other Decorations are not permitted to be pinned or taped to the walls, floor or ceilings of FHTC Conference Center room space or exterior walls. Easels may be used to display any signage.
Water, sand, gravel, confetti, glitter, or like materials may only be used in decorations when secured in containers intended for the purpose of holding such materials.
Miscellaneous stationary supplies, i.e. pads of paper, pens, pencils, flip chart paper, markers, tape, etc. must be supplied by the reserving organization.
Any groups using the Trusler Conference Center are expected to take proper care of the facility. In the event of damage to the rooms or equipment, the reserving department/organization will be responsible for reimbursement, replacement, and repair and/or cleaning.
Violations of these conditions may result in denial of future Conference Center rental requests.
